About the position
We are looking to hire an ambitious individual to back up our current Project management activities, for our documentation and implementation team.
The team is creating and maintaining any internal and client documentation and managing implementation of our services, along with other internal tasks assigned by management which includes but is not limited to: business analysis, workflows, and procedures design, documenting training, training employees, reporting, testing, administering and documenting support systems, holding meetings, etc.
Through the given tasks you will develop your communication and organizational skills, learn how to write different business and procedural documentation and have an opportunity to work on implementation projects of our services.
Project Management Assistant will be responsible for:
Creating and maintaining new documentation resources for both clients and internal staff in a variety of formats and documentation repositories
Maintaining projects, timelines, and deadlines for the Implementation team
Generating and running reports on demand for a client and internal management
Working with Implementation Specialists to meet and exceed client expectations
Meeting with clients at scheduled times to review, discuss, and improve new or existing documentation (further down the line)
Other tasks assigned by management
What gives you a great chance to be successful in this role:
Exceptional communication skills, along with a high level of professionalism
Strong English skills, both in speech and writing, considering our clients and activities are located in the United States
Understanding of business etiquette and correspondence (experience in a business environment is a plus)
If you are a highly organized person, sensitive to details, who prefers planning and procedures over a creative chaos
Strong logic and analytical skills
Experience with writing documentation and/or procedures is considered as bonus points
